Sisters

Lucia and Taisiya are 2.5 years old and 9 months old now? Time is a-flying! This location was a big surprise for us ;) We got there and everything looked dry, dry, dry and not pretty. And since it had taken so long to get there, we found some little pockets of nice backgrounds and you can’t tell at all in these I don’t think. Cool location in the Spring I’m sure, it’s actually for weddings. Anyway, darling girls. :)

Aurelia Moon, 2 weeks

Awwwww, I just loved this family shot. :)

Yummy baby skin and posing as an eggplant

These little details are so important to remember. Oh how the smallest little things can bring back the strongest memories years down the road!!

Loved these with big brother too

Some catching up!

I am so behind in blog posts right now, definitely in the middle of the Fall rush already!

Here are a couple of 3 month old twin sets I’ve seen recently…2 bouncing boys outside, and then brother and sister in the studio with big sister. I’m not sure how long our weather will hold up for us this year, so I encourage you to email me right away if you want an outdoor session. ;) Mini sesisons are nearly booked, but I still have a few full session spots available on prime weekend days. On to the cute babies!

Winston, 11 days

Whenever I go shopping it mostly revolves around me thinking “Can I put a baby in or on it and is it unique and different?” and I’m usually willing to pay whatever they are asking if the answer is yes to both of those. :) So I recently got this adorable toadstool in hopes that I could use it with a tiny baby. Well, it is pretty small! And I haven’t been getting super tiny little ones lately, so I was very pleased when the stars aligned and Winston fell into my lap. At just barely over 6 pounds, he was at the maximum size for the toadstool! The weather cooperated, Winston fell asleep with perfect timing, and with some extra handy photoshop skills to edit out the Daddy spotter who was waiting to catch just in case…we got this, just as I imagined it. :)

And it really only took about 5 minutes, right in the beginning. I was pleased :) Then we got some more of this little cutie.

Abby, 1 month old

After much resisting of sleep at both my studio and the park, Abby still allowed me to catch these portraits of her at this beautiful and fleeting stage in her life. One day I know she will be glad to have these images of herself and all the work her parents and I had to do to get them ;)  I loved these color combinations, so natural and pretty.
